Who is the data controller

You can send any data protection question directly to that address.
What data the site processes
The site is static and has no contact form — you do not submit any data through it. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 is loaded and processes a truncated IP address, device and browser type, approximate city-level location, traffic source and page navigation. This is used solely for aggregate traffic statistics. Without consent nothing is measured — the Google Analytics code is never downloaded to your browser.
Cookies and local storage
Strictly necessary: a single value (cookie-consent) holding your analytics choice is stored in the browser’s local storage. Without it we would have to ask on every page load. No consent is required for this item. Analytics: Google Analytics 4 cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the cookie bar. You can withdraw consent at any time — clear this site’s data in your browser settings and the bar will reappear on the next visit.
When you contact me
If you contact me by e-mail, phone or data box, I process the data you provide so that I can answer your enquiry and possibly agree on cooperation. The legal basis is pre-contractual negotiation at your request, or performance of a contract for the provision of legal services. Everything I learn from a client is additionally protected by an attorney’s duty of confidentiality under Section 21 of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on the Legal Profession.
Who the data is shared with
Analytics data is processed by Google Ireland Limited as a processor under a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. The site is operated by an IT provider on a server located in the Czech Republic. No data is sold, passed on for marketing purposes, or used to build visitor profiles.
How long the data is kept
Analytics data in Google Analytics: no longer than 14 months. Your consent choice in the browser: until you delete it yourself. Correspondence: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Where legal services were provided, for the period required by the Legal Profession Act and Bar regulations, at least 5 years after the service ends.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing, and to withdraw your analytics consent at any time. Just write to the e-mail address above. If you are not satisfied with how your request was handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk.
